Welcome to The Ruby Ride!

"Little easy, mostly tough!"

Franklin Daybreak Rotary is hosting the 1st Ruby Ride to benefit the Children of Macon County in Franklin, North Carolina on Saturday, May 30, 2009.

The cost of the ride is $30.00 if registered before May 15th, 2009 and $40.00 thereafter.  

The cost includes rest stops, t-shirt, and post ride meal.   

Ride begins at Franklin High School located at 100 Panther Drive, Franklin, NC 28734 at 9am. 

Registration and packet pickup begins at 8am.

All proceeds from "The Ruby Ride" will benefit the Children of Macon County through a program called Child Service Coordination (CSC): CSC is a voluntary program helping families with children 5 years and under link with community resources e.g. medical care, transportation, and childcare and/or financial aid resources.  The goals of the program are: To connect children and families with services; to support your children in reaching their developmental potential; and, to help ensure that children are raised in healthy, safe, nurturing homes.
 

Ruby Ride Routes

The Ruby Ride is intended to suite all levels of cyclists. The ride consists of rolling country roads and testy hill climbs to challenge all  riders.
